Benny Tjoeng - President Director
Indonesian Citizen
The President Director of Lonsum since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Jayabaya Accounting Academy in 1984 and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Financial Management in 1987. He started his career with SGV Prasetio Utomo Co as a Senior Auditor during 1984-1989, and prior to joining PT United Tractors, Tbk. as the Head of Accounting Department in 1990. He subsequently held major positions at PT Astra International, Tbk. and PT Astra Graphia, Tbk. He became a Director at PT Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk, and held various commissioner and director positions in several subsidiaries of Astra Agro. His last position at Astra Agro was Vice President Director, before appointed as the President Director of Astra Credit Company in 2006 – 2008.

Gunadi Sutopo – Vice President Director

He was appointed as Commissioner of Lonsum in 2009 and concurrently serves as Director and Chief Operating Officer of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama since 2004 and Executive Director of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. since 2007. He started his career with Drs Hans Kartikahadi & Co. as Assistant Accountant (1977-1979). He then joined PT Besuki Indah Electric Industry (Luxor), Jakarta (1979-1980) as Finance Manager, before joining PT Lippo Mulia as Finance and Administration Manager (1980-1981), PT Broco, as Finance Director (1981-1991), and Salim Plantation Group as Senior Vice President of Finance (1991-2002). He was awarded a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from University of Indonesia.
Tjhie Tje Fie - Director

A Director of Lonsum since 2007, and was appointed Vice President Director in 2009.Currently also a Non-Executive Director and a Member of the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Executive Committee of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd since December 2006. Mr Tjhie is currently a Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and heads its Treasury Division, and is also a Commissioner of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. He was previously Director of PT Indomiwon Citra Inti and Senior Executive of PT Kitadin Coal Mining. Mr Tjhie was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Perbanas School of Economics.

Make Wakeford - Director

A Director of Lonsum since December 2007. Currently also Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd (“Indo Agri”). Prior to his appointment as Executive Director and CEO of Indo Agri effective 14 August 2007, Mr Wakeford had been an Advisor to the Group since January 2007. He is currently the President Director of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. He started his career with Kingston Smith & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants in London, England, and has been in the plantation industry since 1993, working with plantation companies in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Thailand. Mr Wakeford began his plantation career as Finance Director of PT PP London Sumatra in 1993 before moving to Pacific Rim Plantations Limited (“PRPOL”) as Chief Financial Officer (1995-1999), based in Papua New Guinea. In 1999 he became CEO and Executive Director of PRPOL. When the company was sold to Cargill in 2005, Mr Wakeford spent one year with Cargill prior to joining Indo Agri in January 2007. Mr Wakeford trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London, England and attended the Senior Executive Program at the London Business School.
Paulus Moleonoto - Director

A Director of Lonsum since December 2007, he is also Executive Director and Head of Finance and Corporate Services as well as a Member of the Executive Committee of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd, and was appointed as a Director of that company in December 2006. He is concurrently a Vice President Director of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. In 2009, Mr Moleonoto was appointed as Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Mr Moleonoto began his career in 1984 with Drs Hans Kartikahadi & Co, a public accounting firm in Jakarta. In 1990, he joined the Salim Plantations Group as Manager and became Assistant Vice President (Commercial and Accounting) in 1993. In 1996, he was appointed as Vice President (Finance) of the Salim Plantations Group. He was made Chief Financial Officer of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Group’s Plantations Division in 2001 and became its Deputy Head of Corporate Treasury in 2003. He has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Tarumanagara, and a Bachelor of Management and a Master of Science in Administration & Business Policy from the University of Indonesia. Mr Moleonoto is also a registered accountant in Indonesia.

He concurrently serves as a Director of PT Bahruny (Rubber Plantation); Director of PT Sisirau (Palm Oil Plantation & Mill), President Director of PT Joefly J. Bahroeny (Contractor), President Director of PT Bahrun and Sons (Rubber Plantation), President Director of PT Mitra Keramika Cemerlang (Distributor Urea, Export Urea), Commissioner of Minimas Plantation Group, Commissioner of PT Abhimata Mediatama.He graduated from the University of News South Wales, Sydney (1982), and Magister Management in Agrobusiness from the University of North Sumatera, Medan (1999).

A Director of Lonsum since 2004, he pursued a multinational career with Booker Plc. UK, from 1971 to 1996 in the UK, Papua New Guinea, Somalia, Kenya and Guyana, as well as consulting for Booker in many other countries. He was CEO of Monaghan Middlebrook Ltd, UK (1989 – 2001), and Managing Director of Booker Tate Ltd, UK (2001-2004), which was the largest provider of corporate management & technical services to the world’s sugar industries. A graduate of University of Reading (1971) with a BSc Hons in Agricultural Science; he also attended the London Business School (1985) and studied Advanced Strategic Marketing at Insead, France (1994).

He holds a Bachelor of Economy in Accounting from the Indonesian School of Economics, besides having Brevet A, B and C State Certificates for Tax Consultant bestowed upon by the Finance Department of The Republic of Indonesia (BPLK). He joined PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk in 2000 as Tax Manager. In 2006, he was appointed as Head of Accounting and Taxation and was appointed Head of Treasury and Taxation in 2007. His career started in 1974 as Assistant Accounting Manager at PT Putera Toppan. After moving around several times, he joined with PT Nawa Panduta (Holding Company) in 1989 as Tax Planning and Control Manager.

A director of Lonsum since 2009. He graduated from Trisakti University majoring in Accounting and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing, Warren Keegan & Associates Inc. He started his career as a Senior Auditor at a member firm of Arthur Andersen & Co (currently Ernst & Young) in 1994 – 1997. He then joined various companies: PT Mulia Industrindo, Tbk, PT Admadjaja Korpora, which is a holding company of Danamon Group, before joining PT Indofood Sukses Makmur - Corporate Controller Division in 1999. He is concurrently a General Manager at the same division at Indofood.
