Eddy Sariaatmadja - President Commissioner He holds a BE (Honors) and a Master of Science degrees in Engineering from the University of New South Wales. President Director of Lonsum 2007 - 2009. He was previously a member of the Board of Commissioners of Lonsum in 2004-2007, a position he also held in 1995-1997 and 1999-2000. He is concurrently the President Commissioner of PT Elang Mahkota Tekhnologi; Commissioner and Founder of PT Abhimata Citra Abadi; Commissioner of PT Surya Citra Televisi; and Commissioner of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk. Further, he was a Commissioner and Shareholder of PT Australian Guarantee Corp (1983-1993).

Fransiscus Welirang – Commissioner Mr. Welirang became a Director of Indofood since 1995, and he is responsible for the Bogasari Strategic Business Group starting 2004. He is the Chairman of the Indonesian Flour Millers Association and a member of the advisory board of the Indonesian Association of Food Technologists. Until October 2007 he was President Commissioner of the Surabaya Stock Exchange and a member of the National Consumer Protection Body. Mr. Welirang was awarded a Higher National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the South Bank Polytechnic, London, UK .

Axton Salim - Commissioner He has a Degree in Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from University of Colorado. He joined PT Indofood Fritolay Makmur as Marketing Manager from 2004 – 2006. He moved on to become the Assistant to CEO of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. in 2007. He was appointed as a Commissioner at Lonsum in 2009.

Werianty Setiawan – Commissioner Mrs. Werianty Setiawan was appointed as the Director of Indofood in May 2009. Before that, she was Corporate Secretary and Head of Investor Relations Division of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. She began her career with Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. Jakarta as the Vice President Treasury Marketing in 1983 prior to joining Napan Group as a Treasury Manager and Finance Director of SCTV Group in 1987. She became a Treasury Manager at Bank Universal in 1990. In the following year, she was appointed as Managing Director at several companies i.e. Natura Pacific Securitas, Danpac Advisory and PT Victoria Kapitalindo International Sekuritas. In 2002, she was commissioner of PT Jakarta Setiabudi International Tbk. Mrs. Werianty Setiawan was awarded a Bachelor of Science Accounting from San Francisco State University, California, USA.

Hendra Widjaja - Commissioner  He graduated from Atmadjaja University majoring in Management and Finance. He started his career as a National Administration Manager at PT Intiboga Sejahtera (1991 – 2000); and he was appointed as the Director & Chief Financial Officer at PT Indomarco Adi Prima (2000 – 2002). Since 2002, he is the Deputy Division Head – Controller at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. He is appointed as Commissioner at Lonsum in 2009.

Hans Ryan Aditio – Komisaris Hans Ryan Aditio menjabat sebagai Senior Vice President Commercial PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Divisi Bogasari Flour Mills sejak tahun 1995. Beliau mulai berkarir profesional tahun 1987 dan bekerja di berbagai perusahaan diantaranya di Bank Windu Kencana dan PT Binatara Grafikomindo.

Rachmat Soebiapradja - Independent Commissioner A Independent Commissioner of Lonsum since 1993, Commissioner of PT REA Kaltim since 1993, and a Visiting Lecturer and Former Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Mercu Buana. He previously served as President Commissioner of PT Perkebunan XIII, President Commissioner of PT Socfindo (1987-1993) and President Commissioner of PTP XII, Bandung, West Java (1982-1988). He holds a Master of Science degree (1963) and a PhD (1965) from Oklahoma State University.

Tengku Alwin Aziz - Independent Commissioner A Independent Commissioner of Lonsum since 2000. He has previously served as President Director of Bank Umum Nasional (1998-1999), President Commissioner of Staco Graha, Staco Mitra Sedaya, Staco Jasa Pratama, Salindo Perdana Finance (1993-1998), and as a Director of Bank Dagang Negara (1992-1997). He holds a degree in Economics majoring in Accountancy from Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan (1968).

Hans Kartikahadi – Komisaris Independen Mr. Kartikahadi has a Bachelor of Economy degree, majoring in Accounting, Faculty of Economy of University of Indonesia. He obtained Intensive Training in General Management and Organization, Information System, and Accounting from Bremen Economic Research Institute, West Germany from 1969 to 1970. He participated in Public Administration course organized by United Nations in cooperation with University of Philipines in 1974 and Visiting Scholar in Center for International Education and Research in Accounting, University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, USA in 1982. Mr. Kartikahadi started his career as Partner of Sie (Siddharta) & Co. from 1966 to 1973. He is Founding/Managing Partner of Hans Kartikahadi & Co., Founding Partner HTM (Hans Tuanakotta & Mustofa) as the Chairman/CEO from 1990 to 2001 and continued as the Chairman until 2004.
